The Windsor Comb Back Chair by Eiri Iwakura has been a fixture at the Hinoki Counter of Sushi Noz since opening Day. Iwakura-san was born in Fukushima in 1948, and has maintained an industrial design and furniture practice for more than four decades. This walnut and oak iteration of his Windsor chair is a testament to his immense skill and eye for refined traditionalism.
