Ido Shinpei has been practicing the art of Mishima pottery for decades, and is a popular ceramicist for many high-end sushi-ya across the globe. His delicate works are often utilized at the Hinoki Counter of Sushi Noz, fitting in effortlessly alongside sets of ceramics from the Edo Period.
These bowls come in sets of two, and are extremely limited in stock. There are four styles, distinguished on this page by their diameter. All pieces are handmade in the Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu, and shipped over personally by Ido-san. For more specific measurements or pictures, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.
